RESIDENCY & INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

Debt-Free. Career-Ready

Launch Leadership is a program of Destiny Church, in partnership with The Edge Sports & Arts Academy

We are launching next-generation leaders and Christ-followers into church ministry, and beyond. This is happening through residencies and internships that prepare you for a lifetime of Jesus-centered ministry — in the church, in sports or the arts, the marketplace and the community.

Our Residency Program is a two-year experience that provides spiritual and professional development, leadership training, practical ministry and marketplace experience in a sports and/or arts context, along with continuing education at a local or online college. Options for continuing education include: 1) A master’s, bachelor’s or associate degree through a local or online program; or 2) Ministry certification through the Alliance Center for Leadership Development's School of Ministry or the LEAD Program. Either way, we cover the cost and provide a stipend! Housing options are available on a limited basis.

Our Internship Program occurs in various lengths of time based on your availability and our needs. We do not provide a scholarship for internships; however, we can work with your counselor or professor to help you earn credit towards your graduation.

We are looking for people who desire to integrate work and faith, are excited to learn, and be developed holistically. You can be a recent high school or college graduate, or you can be a mid-career person seeking to change directions.
